I set up Life Squared in 2008. It is a not-for-profit organisation helping people to learn the art of living, within the complexity and pressure of the modern world.
We have already helped many thousands of people to do this through our publications, courses, ideas and projects, and our work has been praised by figures as diverse as Jonathon Porritt and Stephen Fry. I have undertaken the planning, development and promotion of the organisation, with the support of the board. I have also developed most of its output to date, including a range of accessible guides and booklets (such as ‘The problem with consumerism’ and ‘The mind diet’), resources, courses and projects. See www.lifesquared.org.uk for more details.
