The British Humanist Association had a reasonable-sized membership and supporter base but their fundraising, campaigning and communications to individuals were not as co-ordinated or effective as they could be.
They asked me to help them address this. Following interviews and research within BHA I developed a comprehensive fundraising, campaigns and communications plan that provided an integrated approach to all BHA’s communications to individuals.
BHA were delighted with the strategy document and have used it to drive their programme, with very successful results, ever since. In fact, I have just completed the development of their new strategy document, five years on from the first.
