Supporting you on life’s journey
Life can be a lonely, difficult and exhausting thing to navigate on your own. We could all use some support, but while we spend money on personal trainers for our physical health, there doesn’t seem to be an equivalent to support us through life – until now.
In this Life Guide programme, I’ll be right by your side as a life guide for a period of regular coaching check-in sessions, to provide support and strength to you on your journey through life – whether it’s setting goals, dealing with challenges or anything else that comes up.
These confidential weekly, fortnightly or monthly 1-1 check-in sessions give you a valuable opportunity to gain an hour of regular space to stand back from your life and reflect and discuss any issues you are facing, in order to help you gain insights, solutions or simply share them. We can discuss anything that comes up for you – from big questions to relationships, through to personal challenges or goals.
The programme lasts for six months or one year – with the option to extend for as long as you wish.
Who is it for?
These sessions are for anyone who wants to have space to reflect in their lives and have access to the ongoing, confidential support of a qualified coach who won’t judge them.
How will it help?
These sessions will help you take a regular pause from your life, so you can stand back and gain perspective on it, discuss any challenges you’re facing and how you are feeling within it. We will dip into coaching and mentoring methods as necessary, when you wish to think about a specific issue in more depth.
This is a valuable opportunity that most people do not usually have, but which could make a massive difference in many areas of your life.

What I aim to bring
I aim to help clients stand back and gain perspective on their work, lives, thought processes and the world so they can take a calm, wise and well-informed approach to addressing their challenges. I do this through:
- Active listening – a skilled, person-centred approach to engaging with clients.
- Experience in coaching and counselling – I have coached in a workplace setting with various types of client, from leaders to team members, and in a private setting with individuals. I am a certified Transformative Coach. I completed my training with Animas, on a course accredited by the three leading professional coaching associations (ICF, EMCC and AC). I also have a Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies.
- Professional expertise in leadership roles, consultancy, social change and other areas, including building and leading organisations, managing teams, creative direction, fundraising and communications, project management, social innovation and operations direction.
- Academic background in psychology and philosophy – MSc in Psychology and MA in Philosophy.
- Experience of teaching perspective, reflection and life skills – through publications, broadcast media and courses, including the life skills not-for-profit I founded, Life Squared.
