Supporting you on life’s journey
Work can be busy, pressurised and challenging, and it can be hard to strike a balance between career and other priorities in life. This can be particularly difficult if you are working alone as a leader, business owner or freelancer, or are someone who receives little support from your organisation.
In this Work Guide programme, I’ll be right by your side as a coach and mentor to provide ongoing support on your journey through work and life.
These confidential fortnightly or monthly 1-1 check-in sessions give you a valuable opportunity to gain an hour of regular space to stand back from your work, reflect and discuss any issues you are facing, in order to help you gain insights, solutions or simply share them. We can discuss anything that comes up for you – from organisational issues to personal challenges or life goals.
The programme lasts for six months or one year, with the option to extend for as long as you wish.
What’s more, you can sign up at no risk, and if you aren’t getting value from the first session, I’ll give you a full refund.
Who is it for?
This programme is for people who have pressurised work lives but little support or time to stop and get perspective on their work, the challenges they face, and how they are feeling. These sessions have proved particularly useful for leaders, managers and freelancers – but are suitable for anyone.
How will it help?
These sessions will help you take a regular pause from your work, so you can stand back and gain perspective on it, discuss any challenges you’re facing and how you are feeling within it. We will dip into coaching and mentoring methods as necessary, when you wish to think about a specific issue in more depth.
This is a valuable opportunity that most people do not usually have in a work context, and is made even more valuable by spending this time with someone who is both a coach and an experienced organisation leader who can support you in navigating work issues along the way.
When you sign up to this programme, you’ll also become part of a growing community of like-minded people. This could be the investment you need to feel supported in work, and to make some long-lasting changes to improve both your work and life.
