Rethink Mental Illness wanted to encourage a range of departments (including fundraising, communications and campaigning) to work more closely together, help them to understand each other’s work and train them to write better communications.
I ran an interactive one day workshop to help participants write better copy and direct response communications – from emails to direct mail.
The client felt that the day had been a great success, both in terms of people’s practical learning
and the effect the workshop had on team morale and interaction.
